We at Asia International are engaged in manufacturing and exporting a quality array of transmission gears and shafts, synchroniser sleeves and cones for ZF, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, MAN, DAF, Iveco, Renault VI, Kia, Nissan. Owing to our adherence with ethical & transparent business policies, we have been able to gain the confidence of our customers, located across the Indian Subcontinent, South/West Africa, East Asia, North Europe, Middle East, South America, South/West Europe, Southeast Asia and North America. Besides the high precision content that distinguishes our product, we have an in-depth knowledge of our spare parts market and the needs of its operators.

Moreover, our team of diligent experts understand the requirements of clients and ensure to offer the products accordingly. They also ensure that customers get a range of defect-free products from us and within the stipulated time frame. We also render OEM services to the clients, as per their specifications.

PRODUCTION FACILITIES
We have developed a world class production facility at our premises across a sprawling area of 1800 square meters. All sections are equipped with state-of-art machines like CNC turners, gear hobbers & shapers, gear shavers, pit type carburising furnace, gear grinders and various other machines. The shop floor employs all the latest management systems like 5S and Poka Yoke. The unit has a fully equipped metrology lab to ensure that we adhere to the most stringent quality measures. We have a fully developed logistical warehouse management available for timely dispatch of shipments. We manufacture over 30,000 components in a month, all of which go through quality and fitment checks post production to ensure conformity to our client expectations.
